Metal Band of the Week: Darkest Hour
This week’s metal band departs from the last few weeks’ melodic death metal theme. Darkest Hour’s sound is much more rock and hardcore infused. The vocals and music are hard, fast and loud. They’ve been putting out raw metalcore since the 90’s and have an awesome catalog of albums.
Their last CD, Undoing Ruin was a highly anticipated release in the genre and proved to be one of their best recordings. They’re set to release a new CD in July, so keep a weather eye open for that.
